Delivery Area

Mellure currently offers local delivery across Malta. Please ensure that your full name, delivery address and contact number are entered correctly when placing your order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. We offer free local delivery on orders of €50 or more.

Delivery Times

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible. Estimated delivery information will be provided during checkout or after your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays and busy periods.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if an order must be delivered again because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Delays

Although we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delay.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact Mellure as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and products. We will review the issue and assist you.
